RecommendedJim got here almost immediately, and instead of replacing out old garage door opener, he fixed it up so it wasn't so loud, and also supplied us with a new garage door opener, which was the root of the issue anyway. We will need to replace the opener eventually, and will call Jim's for sure.

My garage door opener died on a Friday. He helped me troubleshoot my old one over the phone, and when it was realized that parts were probably not available for it because of its age (over 20 years old), he offered a new one with with one price for the unit, installation and lifetime warranty. Jim was able to provide same day service (on a Friday afternoon, no less). Jim is a one-man show, very friendly and personable.
