Wow, these people are rude as hell. The secretary called me yesterday with a quote and when I called back today to schedule, they bumped the price up substantially from original quote and refused to explain individual parts cost that drove price up. The secretary told me I "should be grateful" that it wasn't $400-$500. Then when I asked about a warranty on the job she said she didn't know and they were too "busy" to deal with questions!
