- [ ] JMS installed a new furnace in Sept 2023. Less than 2 years later, the fan motor died in the middle of the hottest days of July. I called all 3 numbers listed on the invoice and the voicemail was full and not taking messages. I didn’t receive a call back I called again the next day and was able to speak with someone. He asked if I had the wrong number or something. I did not. I told him I had an invoice that said the furnace was under warranty for parts and labor for 10 years. Jim and his crew are amazing, installed a new system back in 2013 and it's still running incredibly well today. He was recently out for some follow up maintenance during this hot summer and it's running better then ever.

Jim and his entire crew have always been great, they replaced my aunt's furnace, then my moms, both used Jim's service till there passing. I've had no reason to change to another company in 35+ years, new furnace installs,replacements, repairs, in rentals,my personal home and garage. I call, there prompt,clean,fair price and it's done. Thanks for years of great service Rick B
