Woke up to find the house 62 degrees and the heater blowing out cold air. Called Jim and he and Mario were able to come out and diagnose the issue. We ended up having to replace the furnace and because of age, we also elected to replace the A/C unit as well. The crew had us up and running in a day. Jim also lent us space heaters for the living room and bedroom over night to keep the house and us warm. Excellent and fast service. Professional and courteous to our needs. Jim was quick to respond on a Sunday when we woke up to no heat. He came quickly and diagnosed the issue with plans to have one of his guys return the next morning with a needed part as he had done a workaround to get by for the day and didn't believe he had the part available at the moment. He located the part in his shop and came back over to install, which he didn't have to do and I so appreciated it. He was very polite and friendly. 10/10 recommend

- [ ] JMS installed a new furnace in Sept 2023. Less than 2 years later, the fan motor died in the middle of the hottest days of July. I called all 3 numbers listed on the invoice and the voicemail was full and not taking messages. I didn’t receive a call back I called again the next day and was able to speak with someone. He asked if I had the wrong number or something. I did not. I told him I had an invoice that said the furnace was under warranty for parts and labor for 10 years. Jim and his crew are amazing, installed a new system back in 2013 and it's still running incredibly well today. He was recently out for some follow up maintenance during this hot summer and it's running better then ever.
