This is the single worst experience I have had with a locksmith in the 25 years I have owned homes in central MA and southern NH. Locks on garage doors were replaced yet one will not remain locked which was blamed on the garage door which worked prior to theirs keys being lost. Call elsewhere. Cheaper is not better.
What great customer service! I just called to schedule an appointment for my locks to be changed. My key was really sticky and it wouldn't go into the lock. Instead of scheduling the appointment Jim's Lock and Key told me to try WD40. I did that and the key works better than ever! Thanks for the suggestion. I didn't need them this time but will definitely call when I do.
My first experience and it was wonderful. Jeanine is friendly and the service was quick and inexpensive. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service. The woman who made my special keys was very pleasant. The keys worked perfect. I was surprised when she walked into Texas Roadhouse with my credit card I left at the store. I will always use them and recommend.
