Jim did doorknob service for me today. I could not be more pleased with his work for me, repairing the situation I was in. I am a "happy camper". If I had it to do over again, I would call him again! We needed up have the locks and dead bolts on 3 doors changed and a dead bolt added to another door. Jim was able to show up the same day within 90 minutes of calling him. The cost for changing 4 locks, 3 dead bolts, changing out a dead bolt and adding an additional dead bolt and 4 keys was $184, very reasonable, we tipped him an extra $15 for his promptness and professionalism which he seemed to sincerely appreciate.
