Jims has done several retaining walls, AstroTurf or artificial turf, and fixed many previously installed (by other companies) snafus. Jim is very detail oriented, will give you great design ideas, and is the only man I've met that reads directions before putting anything together (ladies, we know how important this is!!). You will have to wait if it's busy season, which is April through October, but you will get the best quality work and service. Make sure to plan ahead so you can coincide schedules. I called Jim's landscaping as we had to major work on our retaining wall as well plant more trees and replace dead bushes. His wife Teresa ******** runs their office. I called in the second week of June 2017 . She says they don't have availability until sept 2017. Nevertheless I still made an appointment with Jim so he could visit our property and assess our needs. He promptly came at the day and time we decided . We remember Samarpita's encounter well. She did in fact call the office looking for her estimate. It was not ready when she called. I let her now that I would need to speak to Jim to see when it would be ready. I explained it was our busy season and he was running a little behind. His phone had totally died and we were waiting to hear from our provider if they could repair it or not, which I explained to Samarpita.
