I've been a JIm's customer for years. They've installed and maintained my furnace and A/C unit over the course of time. Most recently, they installed an air scubber unit at my home. My daughter's water heater quit working this week No flame. The techician came and restarted the water heater.. However, he did not remove and clean the thermo coupler. Also, he had no shop vac or compressor aboard so he suggested that I blow out and vacuum out the screen at the bottom of the water heater. I'm pretty proficient at handyman work s... read more

Mick came to service my A/C on a very cold and windy day. He was the most thorough technician I have had. He was pleasant, kind and very helpful to me. I had some issues with the inside vents ( I had placed some filters over them) and they were restricting a great deal of air flow in the house. He found the source of restrictions and recommended I cover no more than 1 or 2. What a difference this has made! Purchased a complete Heating and Air System 11/02/2015. The reason was to accompany a COPD person in the family to a cleaner air environment for health reasons. During the Install numerous issues involving the System Thermostat/ Heat pump kept presenting false inputs. Five thermostats were tried during the troubleshooting sessions by Jim's Heating and Cooling personnel. The system never ran right from the start.
