We have used Jim twice and have been very pleased with his work both times. The first time he repaired our deck. We thought we were going to have to replace it, but Jim had some great ideas to stabilize and refinish it and it turned out perfect. It's been a year and still looks great and is completely solid. I have used Jim on three separate jobs. One involved water damaged drywall and another an indoor hot tub removal. Each time Jim demonstrated significant knowledge in electrical, plumbing, masonry and finished carpentry. He did more than he agreed to at a very competitive price. He cleans up his job site and is very reliable. Jim is an excellent trusted choice.

I called Jim in to help with a long, drawn out basement refinishing for drywall work but didn't realize how far from ready to hang it I was. Jim helped with electrical and plumbing issues so my finished base won't wind up constructed like a tree-house. He always called before he came to work, showed up on time and didn't leave a mess.

He came to look at a job that i thought probably impossible. He took charge and fixed our mail box that had been severely damaged by a mail thief or vandals. He had all necessary tools. He knew how to extract the gang of aluminum lock boxes from the masonry in which it had been placed. He removed the gang from the masonry and fixed the broken hinges and then replaced the lock boxes and grouted that assembly back into the masonry. It was a remarkable piece of work. Had a great experience. Jim completed a huge project (patched & painted over holes in dry wall in several rooms) and many small projects (electrical, plumbing, caulking tile, hung curtain rod, repairs closet door, rebuilt pantry shelf, etc.). Everything looks great. The cost was reasonable. I plan to call him again!

Jim is awesome! I needed some safety grab bars installed in my grandfather’s tiled bathroom asap. I gave him the rundown on the job. He knew he could do it, but wanted to make sure he had the perfect bits so he stopped by a store to grab some. He even bought a piece of tile to test it out first, all out of his own pocket. He really wanted to make sure everything was safe and secure, and took the time to make sure he found studs behind the tile and plaster.
