Jimmy, the personal trainer who own’s Jim’s Gym is masterful at mapping the right training to one’s current fitness level. I highly recommend him.
My daughter broke her ankle playing soccer. Part of her recovery included strength and agility exercises which she loved. When she graduated from PT she asked me to find somewhere she could continue working out, lifting weights, getting stronger and faster. I went online and found 3 or 4.
