I had great experience with Jim. Down to Earth and much more reasonable than the big name places. He talked me out of full window replacement and recommended pocket windows to preserve the original oak trim inside. They look great and the house is not as drafty and the windows all work now (100+ year old home).
Had broken windows the owner Jim quoted a price then I had more windows broken out wanted to upgrade the glass panes and the owner made me pay for first order plus for the upgrade. They replaced the windows but not the panes. The helper said he was surprised the owner didn't mentioned the screens so he took them and did not mention anything about the price. My total for the glass was 600.00 so when he put the screens in he charged me another 48.00. There was mo mention I had to pay extra. The owner should have mentioned what... read more
