I had an excellent service from Jim's garage doors. Bronte's coordination was fantastic, managing to fit my repair and service in very quickly with a precise quotation. The field technician Ben was also excellent, he was professional and explained the upgraded installation to me precisely. Noticing an extra support bracket needed for my roof to avoid further damage. I will be happy to use Jim's again!
Our back roller door stopped working, called Jim's in the morning and Erhan was out that day in the afternoon, replaced the motor for a reasonable price and did an excellent job of installing it and removing the old motor. Everything was easy and professional, would definitely recommend. Door is working better than it has in years.
