Jim's bid to add new floor in a couple bedrooms and refinish oak floors in the rest of my 1500 sq. ft. job was lower than others. However his communication with job start and finish dates was not clear. In the end the floor came out pretty good. I decided to have oak put on the crawlspace door which made the overall price go up which is understandable.
