Installers left dust all over my parents' house from chipping up the tile and not properly prepping the area. They didn't hang plastic sheeting nor did they even make sure the doors were closed to adjoining rooms. They also didn't clean glue up as they went along installing the hard wood, leaving glue reminents and glue footprints all over their floor.
