We apologize for your unfortunate experience with Jim’s Firearms today. In accordance to the signed transfer form, it states that a maximum of a two-day inspection period is allowed for any firearm being transferred to Jim’s. Typically, it doesn’t take that long to process transfers. However, in the time that UPS sent email of delivery and you came in for pick up, we were not able to process the transfer due to floor coverage. Finally a gun shop close to home! I havent found an employee yet that wasnt pleasant to do business with and friendly from the cashier to the guys hiding in the back! I really enjoy my frequent visits to this gun shop.

Went in to sell my guns. Owner agreed to buy them until I asked about purchasing a firearm. Owner backed out. Bad business and professionalism. I work for the county and I am telling all my deputy and c.o. coworkers to avoid this place. Made a report to the better business bureau.
Very knowledgeable guys and gals over there! Great customer service!!!
