Richard was very helpful from picking out carpet colors, estimates and ordering. Installers were courteous and did a great job. I had one small issue and they came immediately and fixed it! Very happy with my new carpet and am looking forward to work with them again.

Did you know that Jim’s Carpet One does shower renovations? Tim, at Jim’s Carpet One, did just that. My 79- year-old mother-in-law had a tub-only in her main level bathroom. On top of that, it was “pepto-bismo” pink. Tim made arrangements for ALL the work. Demolition, window replacement (that was above the existing tub), plumbing, installation of the walk-in shower, foldable shower seat and grab bars. From choosing samples in the showroom with your helpful Sales associate, Richard, to the gentleman who came and measured it was a positive experience. The 2 men who came and installed our carpet were polite and efficient and did all the heavy lifting. We are very happy with the end result.
