Dustin was very professional, efficient and hard working. The carpet looks better than I thought it would and next to the hardwood stairs, gives it a new home look. Feels wonderful on bare feet.
We needed help with the carpet in our basement after a flood. Dean came out personally to measure and offer suggestions. I called around to get other opinions, and Jim’s recommendations were spot on. He worked with us to find a price that fit our budget. His installer, Cesar, was fantastic—kind to my family and professional in his approach. He took the extra time to answer my kids' questions and made the stairs look amazing. I’m very happy with the entire experience, and we’ll be using Jim’s services again soon
Richard was very helpful from picking out carpet colors, estimates and ordering. Installers were courteous and did a great job. I had one small issue and they came immediately and fixed it! Very happy with my new carpet and am looking forward to work with them again.
