I was referred to Jim's Automotive last week while on a girl's getaway trip to Holden Beach. I had three warning lights on my 2010 Subaru Outback that came on, and I called Jim's Automotive to see whether he could take a look at my car and tell me what was going on. In a very short time, he came out and told me what was happening, that he had cleared the lights and thought some of the sensors were going bad, but he assured me that the car was safe to drive. Excellent service, great staff! Honest and caring owners. Never heard a negative complaint out of the several repeat customers I have towed there. Highly recommend for professional service.

I've taken my car here twice now and have been extremely satisfied with the work. The first time it took three days to replace my power steering pump but, from my understanding, the first part arrived damaged so they had to order another. Today they replaced my passenger CV axel, and it took about four hours to diagnose, order the part then replace it...costing almost $300. They are pricey. Their waiting room isn't very comfortable so plan on taking a walk. But it is filled with Jesus. And Christian music...
