Towing I hope we are contacting the right place. JAMES BONES TOWING ????We had a tire blow out on our motor home near exit 203 on interstate 40 just east of Moriarity, New Mexico. You folks sent out an excellent person by the name of Jason. He was so very kind and polite. Because good Sam did not tell him that we were in a Motor Home, He did not have the proper tools to assist us. Jim's provides excellent service Jim's Automotive is one of Albuquerque's best service shops in town. They have always done an excellent job on my vehicle. Just last month, when I was getting my oil changed, I saw that they were collecting toys for Toys For Tots. Local businesses are important, and it makes me happy when I know I am doing business with somebody who cares about my neighborhood.

very satified customer I have done business with Jim's Automotive for years and I am very happy with the service that I receive there.... I have never ran into any of the problems that some of the people have written about this shop..... This is a very professional shop and very knowledgeable shop.... Wanted to charge me for work that was not needed on my car Jim's Automotive wanted to charge me for work that was not needed on my car. I went in for a oil change & walked out with a $2200. work order to replace parts that were not needed. I had two other auto repair shops take a look a my car after leaving Jim's & found out the parts I was told I needed by Jim's shop should not be replaced. Nothing was wrong with them.
