The Best mechanic I ever known of
Super happy with the service I receive at Jim's. You can trust them to do the work you ask for, and not try to sell you on things you don't need. They will give you an honest opinion on any issues you are having, if you can't pin-point them yourself. I have had brake jobs done here, as well as a tire rod end and a ball joint. He does great work for reasonable prices.
My husband and I both take our suvs to Jim. He fixes from tire replacement to oil change to engines issues etc. He’s professional, knowledgeable and trust worthy. Even when we moved from port reading to Edison we still drive and take our vehicles to Jim because we know he can fix whatever car issues we have and he charges fairly. Thanks Jim!
Poor at communication. Never called with updates. I always had to call to check in. After about a month of no progress and excuses I decided to take my business elsewhere. Got the job done much quicker elsewhere. Very disappointed in Jim’s after a family friend recommendation. Don’t appreciate the wasted time.
