I took my suburban in to get a replacement transmission. They replaced it and on down the road I went. After only 4-6 weeks I was not happy with it and didn’t feel like it was right. I called up and they had me bring it back in. After they drove it they agreed that there was a different noise coming from it. They stood behind their work and replaced it again free of charge. Mark saved us on a long haul from St.Louis to Seattle! He went out of his way on a Sunday to take a look at our van outside of Sioux Falls and was fantastic throughout the entire process. It stunk having the transmission go out but it couldn't have happened at a better place. A HUGE thanks to Mark and his crew for getting us back on the road!!!
I had the transmission go out on my truck. I talked to a guy named mark the whole time. He was nothing but perfect to deal with called me before ever doing anything to my truck so there were no surprises when it came to my bill. If I have any more tranny problems hopefully not but I will bring it here in a heart beat.
