We purchased a pickup in St. Marie’s and were driving over 4 hours to get it. I called Jim’s auto to see if they could squeeze in a vehicle inspection before we drove all that way. They were easy to schedule with, very accommodating, knowledgeable and it was just overall great experience. Highly recommend!
Scheduled an appointment for repairs on my ‘99 Ford 350 Econoline Van. My transmission shifter column was broken and not working properly. Spoke with Becca about the problem and solutions to repair the problem. She even came outside to review the problem to communicate with the mechanics the severity of gear selection. Dropped the Van off and that afternoon she called backed to tell me what the mechanic had discovered and their plan of resolving the issues.
