The fuel pump on my truck went bad on I75N at 11:30 Tuesday night. After a couple phone calls I was referred to Jim's. What a blessing it was! They towed it, dropped us at a hotel and came back the next day to bring us to the shop. They made sure we had lunch and got us on the road asap. A break down is never a great experience, but these guys sure made it rest of the process awesome. Thank you all so much!

My fuel pump stopped working on my truck 30 miles north of Jim's. I was pulling a trailer w/a tractor. I was impressed by the Google search Jim's was rated 5 stars. I called, Jim sent a wrecker at 2 am. At 7 am Marvin repaired my truck. By 10 am I was on my way. Everyone was extremely nice and concerned about me. I would recommend Jim's to everyone.
