Great service, great people.
Took my Dodge Ram in and Jim gave me advice and saved me money. He could have easily took me for a diagnostic round of charges. But he was honest. Great place they will be my go to for repairs. Thanks Jim and crew. I use Jim's for my Business repairs on our delivery trucks. Always friendly, fast and accurate fixes. I will always use Jim's.
We loved to Decatur 18 months ago and needed to find an auto shop we trusted. I went off Google reviews. My 2014 Camry was shaking at 45 mph, and Jim said it was the torque converter and needed a transmission. I looked around, and transmissions were $5000-8000, depending on new or used. Jim found a used, 50k mile transmission and I stalled it for far less, including the recall for Toyota so the torque converter wouldn't go bad again.
