Bought my daughter her first car here, and the experience couldn’t have been smoother. Mark was incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout the process. You can tell their inventory is full of quality cars that have been carefully inspected. It feels great to support an honest, trustworthy business—definitely 10x better than dealing with a typical car dealership!
Jim seems like a nice enough guy. But, the car we purchased from him…was significantly over the value however still seemed to be a good deal because of the condition. Now we have the car. The parts they painted to cover up rust have worn off. The catalytic converter needs replacement as well as the transmission. Haven’t had the car 6 months yet. The converter would have been an apparent issue because the mechanic said holes were eaten through it. 😑 why do people do this to other people?
Jim was knowledgeable and explained his business, the car details and the process. We bought a great car at a fair price. Two weeks after the purchase, the alternator stopped working. Jim and his staff diagnosed the problem and replaced the alternator all in one day. I'll be back for my next car...I highly recommend them. Thank you Jim!!
