Fiancée and I go in to test drive a vehicle, calls us to let us know we got a approved, we said we needed couple hours to discuss if we wanted to go through with the deal. Next we show up we say we want it, and says we weren’t approved. This is all by the owner too. He sends one of his employees to let us know we weren’t approved. We asked for jim to tell us personally, guy won’t even show his face. Worst place to try and buy and car, horrible service. Waste of time.
I just bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from Felix and Patrick and they were wonderful! A couple of minor issues that they cleared right up for me and, I would say, went above and beyond. I was very clear about what I was looking for and my timing and financial limits and they were extremely helpful. I have nothing but good to say about Jim's Auto in Cashmere and all the guys there.
