Wow, what a terrible experience. I would not recommend Michael Hull to anyone. STAY AWAY!!! I had a initial meeting with him (thankfully my first and last meeting) and oh boy he came in just cursing like a sailor left and right, he is probably the most UNPROFESSIONAL real estate agent i have ever used! Also, i never write reviews so just by me writing one is something in it itself. DO NOT USE MIKE HULL - LIED NUMEROUS TIMES, AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AGENT! Mike Hull sold the home I lived in for over 10 years. Let me tell you why he is, in my opinion, the worst real estate agent in Orange County. So were using him to sell our home, I always respected the man which is why I made sure that he was the real estate agent we used over all the others we could choose from. I used the Hull Team to Sell my 1st house and it sold in just 24hours! Mike was very involved in the picture taking and updates that we did to "Flip" it before we even put it on the market.He even was out front with the hose, hosing everything off before the camera crew showed up. His dedication and hard work paid off and I was able to get my house on the market quickly and sold the very next day!
