I stopped in when my car started acting up. A tech was available to help me right away. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had my car repaired in no time. Everyone was very courteous and respectful.
I cannot speak highly enough of this team! Always pleasant, patient, efficient, and most importantly, trustworthy!! We have tried a lot of shops in the area prior to Jim’s and they are without a doubt the best shop in Rochester, MN!!
We only take our vehicles to Jim's at this point. Fair pricing, quick service, quality small business that isn't some soulless franchise.
