Unhappy Customer We needed to get a new part put into our car and they told us it would be finished on the same day; however, when we went to pick it up they said it would take longer. They didn't give us a specific time to pick it up AND they overcharged us for it. I would NOT recommend this shop.
Extortionists Took my car here to have an emissions issue checked out (my engine light was on) because my wife suggested the place. Since I had already had my engine read, I provided the codes and their meanings on a sheet of bright yellow paper and left them on the steering wheel in plain sight. I then went inside and explained to the cashier AND a mechanic who happened to be there my problem. If this were not enough I wrote down on the paper they had me fill out what it was I needed to have looked at. So what did they do? ... read more
Honest shop you can trust First off they were the least expensive (all year long) for the repairs we needed. Second they really do have FAST service. Third, not only are they friendly (they opened the door to the shop so my little girl could get her curious look-see fix), but they put the customer first.
Friendly, Honest Service Jim and his wife offer great friendly, honest service on practically anything that's wrong with your car. They specialize in Mufflers and Maintenance, but offer inspections and air conditioning services. I am pleased with how upfront the employees are and I haven't found better service any where else. Good honest service Jim and his wife are great people, and that is why their business is so good. You can always count on good friendly service and very reasonable prices. They aren't well known, but they certainly are worth a try for those of you who haven't considered them yet for your auto repairs.
Cheapest Safety & Emissions in Utah Valley Jim's Auto Accessories & Muffler Shop is where I go every year to get my safety and emissions done. Run by a local couple this shop is a typical automotive repair place, greasy, grimy, but what sets it apart from the rest are the friendly and honest people here. Not only are their prices great, but they aren't out to con you for your money. They saved us from buying a lemon car by doing a great inspection on it, and its been running great ever since!
Very nice service and reasonable price Jims is not a big chain mechanic store, but their service is superb! We sent our car there everytime we need an oil change or if there anything need to be fixed. And their price of emission and safty is the cheapest in town! Only $25 for both.
