Very professional company and staff. John showed up at my house on time and communicated with me throughout the repair process. He cleared off years of pine needles off my roofs, and made some good suggestions in a couple locations. Through his communication and pictures, he put me on the roof. First of all, they were kind enough to come out within two days. I don't know of a more responsive company. Secondly they came ready to work. They diagnosed the problem and provided photos for me to examine. They also found other trouble areas and had photos to show me. Thirdly they jumped on the work right away. When they were done they also provided before and after shots so I could feel confident the work was done correctly. They were up front and correct on their estimate.
