Nothing done, billed astonishingly. They stayed an hour top but billed two hours for practically just looking. No tools were used whatsoever and the conclusion is to keep is as it is. we were basically just talking about how this happened and it's $130/hour for two hours. Additionally, travel was the same rate with 1.5 hours. So in total I was billed with $450+ tax for doing nothing. Thank you.
