Stayed at a Jimmy's Rentals property and had an amazing experience! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The team was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. We made an appointment for a showing on a Saturday and he never showed up. We drove from four hours away and he knew this. Drove eight hours total and wasted gas. We called three times and the voicemail was full. No call back. I would love to see an actual response to this. You told another reviewer that you're not open on Saturdays, yet on the phone he told me works all weekend and Saturday for 1 would be great. No common courtesy, do not rent from them. I don’t use the term lightly because I rented out my home in the past, but he is a slumlord. He withheld my daughter’s deposit by making false claims regarding condition of apt., upon departure. She left due to chronic mold and other issues which were not corrected. She thoroughly cleaned the apartment from top to bottom, and even went as far as scrubbing down the baseboards.
