Worst customer service ever. I purchased a chassis from them a few years ago and I have been trying to get through to them to purchase some additional parts. Emails get bounced back, no one ever answers the phone, every extension you dial goes into some dude's voicemail named "Ocean". I have left a voice mail everyday for close to a month with no response. How do they treat actual paying customers so poorly and stay in business?
