It's a hotel restaurant. Atmosphere judged accordingly. Clean and friendly and not crowded when I was there. Best gf cheeseburger I've had in Seattle in a Very Long Time. I hadn't been paying attention to food safety ratings and am very surprised at how few "Excellent" there are in Capital Hill. I walked from Republican. It took me to Jimmy's to find one. very basic not interesting food
The server was nice, but not very warm. Drinks were great and we got in quickly and left once we got done with ease.
