Jimmy is the BEST! He got us in on a Sunday before he went out on a family trip. He’s so knowledgeable and talented and has quick, reliable service!!! Couldn’t recommend more especially for any vintage German cars. We have a 62 VW transporter and he has taken such good care of it.
They have helped me so many times!!! Only because my car is so old-- they've helped me with many different fixes and their repairs have not proven faulty ever. Very kind, very reasonable. Jimmy's is THE place in Utah to take German vehicles. Jimmy has been working on them and selling them for decades, so he really is a VW / Audi whisperer. There are a few negative reviews here -- take them with a grain of salt. Jimmy's isn't Jiffy Lube, it's a specialty shop. Their rates are extremely competitive, and their work is second-to-none. This is my go to shop for German cars. They know everything! We have lived in the area for a while and it’s always the same man in the front and we finally met Jimmy! They both are great and get you in pretty quick. They do a great job at diagnosing what the issue is and doing the least expensive fix but always fixing the issue. I trust them a lot and haven’t been disappointed.
By far the best mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. I live in Idaho and bought a car in Springdale on the weekend and wanted to get it looked at and have work done to it since there was a check engine light on, I didn't realize that they were closed. I ended up leaving the car in their parking lot and called them on Monday. Doug was very accommodating and easy to work with over the phone. In less than one week there were able to get the car up and running. Prices were very fair, I cannot recommend them enough.
