Very honest and upfront with pricing. Better value than other local auto repair shops
The mechanic is extremely experienced and intelligent
Jerry and Giselle run a great, local, small business. They're incredibly transparent and trustworthy and not trying to pull the wool over your eyes. I've taken my car here twice in the last 6 months. Both times they were incredibly kind and hospitable, and the work on my car was very thorough and comprehensive. Jerry even dropped what he was doing to bail me out of a minor emergency the other day. I'm very appreciative of the quality and care they provide.
They charged me $150 for a "diagnosis" where Jerry drove my car around for a bit and said "yup, it has a bad clutch". I had to take it to another mechanic to find out why: the transmission fluid was low! Guess who the last person to touch my transmission was? Jerry! I guess he didn't see the need to tighten the cap all the way, or use anti-sieze on a 10 year old vehicle. In all seriousness, he's a decent mechanic who has always seemed honest enough.
