Jimmy who ,I presume is the owner was contracting from AAA to tow my vehicle. He is complete scum. First he calls to ask me where is the truck going as if he doesn’t have the work order with that information. Then when he Arrives he starts asking me what’s wrong with the vehicle. I told him i don’t know and that’s why it’s being towed to the repair shop. Duh like seriously if I knew, I could do the job myself and wouldn’t need a tow or mechanic obviously. Told the driver when he got to me I didn’t have any money what so ever, asking if he could just bill me. Got to my house few min away and my car is being held hostage on his truck as he demands that I now pay for the tow because AAA won’t cover HIM. I will push the car next time, never have I ever been threatened by a tow truck driver this was a new one. STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY!
