First let me say there are some aspects to this hotel that are great. They have a wonderful restaurant on site and depending upon where your room is there are great views. This is not a 5 star resort! This is a nice 3.5 star hotel with a few quality amenities. They have a ridiculous $65.00 resort fee and they charge $30.00 a night for parking. On Lake Tahoe - great views
We only had one night to get away, so we decided to get a nice room at this resort. We stayed on april 27th to the 28th in room 3301. When we first walked in, it seemed great, but the longer we spent in the room, the worse it got. It started with a long black hair by the toilet, an old piece of fried chicken by the back door, and makeup on one of our pillows. Late April stay in shoulder season. First time to Lake Tahoe. Booked The Landings cause the wife loves looking out at water on a patio/balcony, she's a Florida girl. Booked a lake front king. The balcony and view couldn't have been better. Really great. Location is awesome as well. A short walk up the hill to towards the casinos and the strip but certainly not an issue at all.
