Had a fantastic experience at this place. The crew working was exceptional. They helped every day with something from a short shuttle to town,along recommendations, or doing something to help our family have a great time together. The proximity to the beach and heavenly village was awesome.
My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. We had wonderful experiences from start to finish and highly recommend staying here. Our room was clean, luxurious and accommodating. Amazing views, friendly/helpful staff and great location. Can’t recommend this place enough, it made our -vacation very special!
This is a good four star hotel, not a five star. The room is pricey, convenient to the lake. The bellmen are attentive and run around due to possibly being short staffed. The room had been updated recently, good touch! They did fall short on a nightly treat the wife treated us on, but we only got it after I asked for it on two separate days, we got it on one of the four nights we were here. Definitely Not a 5-Star Hotel – Disappointing Stay We booked one of the most expensive rooms at The Landing Tahoe Resort & Spa based on the photos and description online, but the reality was very underwhelming. The room was noticeably smaller than shown in the pictures, and overall did not match the 5-star standard. The staff was not friendly or welcoming — quite the opposite, they acted distant and cold.
