Had a great experience with Jimmy and his team. I recieved a call back in 2 hrs after i left a message, and was able to get an appt for the next day even though they were working on another project. Jimmy is detailed oriented, takes initiatives, and tidy with his work. For example, my thermostat was missing the C cable although it is unrelated to my problem. BEWARE/BE CAREFUL!! All of the things you are scared of when looking for an HVAC person are true with Jimmy. Unreliable, unresponsive, and did not address our issue but still took our money. We have an infant and our heater is malfunctioning. Jimmy came and spent ~10 min with our unit, failed to give any rational diagnosis/explanation of the issue and then left.
