Poor bedside manners. No personality with patient.
The staff and Dr. Downing were very apologetic about the excessive wait time during this visit. He had been running late all day. Don't know if it had anything to do with the first day after daylight savings time went into effect.
Thoughtful physician and staff--surgery and recuperation went very well! Still make occasional followup visits to office to purchase special insoles. Very happy with the results--would highly recommend Dr. Downing!
