TLDR: The stories from the 1 star rating also happened to me. You are welcome to go here if you want to be degraded as a human being. The guy is rude, condescending and not helpful. Went for an eye exam and my left eye has always been bad. When asked which lens was better, I couldn't decide because they were all the same to me. Instead of trying another approach and being helpful, Jimmy Vu scolded me saying that he can't help me if I don't help him. Very professional, associates are very helpful and attentive. They are very personable and easy to work with, this was my 3rd appointment with Dr Vu and I have no plans to go anywhere else.
I was very happy with the service. Everyone there was so nice and polite. I was In and out in no time..
Dr Vu was once again amazing! I will recommend him and his team to anyone who needs to see!
