The optometrist was pleasant enough but my prescription was done very poorly. The exam wasn’t very thorough and I ended up getting a eyewear prescription that was significantly underpowered and unfortunately I didn’t compare his prescription with my prior one before purchasing new glasses. Now I’m stuck having to return the pair of glasses I just bought and getting another eye exam before even buying another new pair of glasses
Very professional, informative and in layman’s terms. So much better than my last experience with my eye check up. Way more thorough.
Even though I insisted on no astigmatism and explained how problematic it was in the past on every single eyeglasses prescription, they still insisted on adding it and creating yet another pair of eyeglasses I cannot wear.
Archie and the front desk staff are always patient and friendly .
Dr Vu is awesome! He quick & efficient in his exams. He is also funny & super kind. Would definitely recommend
