Dr. Heather Ho was very involved and asked a lot of thoughtful questions. I felt very comfortable. She listened, and ultimately gave the most logical and effective approach to help my specific situation. Her overall pace, presence and approach-while keeping the patient involved-was above satisfactory. I highly recommend this office, and Dr. Heather Ho.
Staff are nice and helpful
My eye exam was very thorough and I just needed reading glasses. I was very impressed that the doctor didn't try to make a pitch for expensive glasses, but encouraged me to buy cheap reading glasses. That builds trust! I would definitely recommend Target Optical for this reason.
The doctor was very friendly and informative.
