Ive been dealing with defective carpets purchased and installed through them for over a year now. They've admitted they are defective and were helping at first. Once they realized the manufacturer would not replace them and they would have to take the hit on the carpets, the communication tapered off and they are now refusing to return calls. Ive been super patient and Ive been giving them the benefit of the doubt but its getting me no where. I would not recommend them at all. They do not stand behind their product.

We scheduled JS to clean our carpets after a collation at our home. Our powder blue custom carpets, as well as the light green carpeting in our great room took a beating from 60-70 family and friends spilling red wine, coffee, soda and food. They arrived on schedule. After they left and the carpets dried we noticed a remaining stain in a very visible area. We called the company and were told they would come right back and work on it.
