Very disappointing experience at this facility. The way drivers are treated is unprofessional and, at times, disrespectful. Staff communication is inconsistent—one person says the load is ready, another says paperwork isn’t available, and someone else says the trailer hasn’t even arrived. Would give them 0 stars if possible. Checked in at 10 am and still waiting to get loaded(10:30pm)Their Mexico trailer took forever to arrive. They wasted my whole day here 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
They will hold you till 5 pm and after told you its not for today .. be careful
I was there from 11:30 till 6:30 getting loaded.
