Coach Jimmy and Coach Fernando make the classes not only tactical but fun as well. The people and environment are great and you always come out of the sessions highly energized; even though you are hard at work every minute in it. Highly recommend.
Really chill atmosphere to start learning boxing:) Jimmy, Fernando and Troy are all awesome coaches with their own style, and everyone is super supportive!
The trainers here are incredible!! They make everyone feel seen and supported, even in a group setting, and always offer individual guidance when needed. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, and I always leave feeling great & accomplished. Thanks for always making working out fun :)
