Good, with a little hiccup. The hiccup was because my gal and I talked to Gracie and was under the impression that it would be a price different than it ended up being. The good is that Angius came out here and dealt with the problem in minutes. Then installed a new toilet. He didn’t waste any time. He was polite and professional. Likable guy. We talked on a personal level as he worked. I enjoyed our conversation. I would have him back if necessary
