I bought my first vehicle here more than 50 years ago, and multiple vehicles since that time, but those days are over. My wife bought a new F150, which we are 100% satisfied with, but that '10 yr extended warranty' that the 'paper processor' who closed the sale encouraged her to add on, is a completely different matter. That $1948 'extended warranty' which was supposed to 'protect her' (and provide her with 24 / 7 roadside assistance) beyond the Ford 5 year warranty is in fact nothing like what the 'paper processor' led us... read more
