HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! – THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! MY GIRLFRIEND AND I WENT OUT FOR A DRINK AND THE WAITRESS DID NOT COME SERVE US UNTIL ABOUT 30 MIN. AMAZING DINNER, SERVICE, AND LIVE ENTERTAINMENT – This was one of the best nights I had out in a long time! My boyfriend and I went for an early dinner. We were pleased to learn that there would be live Jazz Entertainment. We ordered the artichoke dip for an appetizer (which was amazing!) and I had the New York Steak and my boyfriend had the surf & turf (both delicious!). most horrible customer service – I was there for dinner on Saturday 4/21/07 (absolutely not a crowded/packed night) and will never go back again. I have never experienced such horrendous service at any restaurant. We sat down around 7:30pm, and the waitress came around to take our order shortly afterwards. At 8:45pm, the only things on our table was one glass of water per person and one basket of bread, which by now all the bread was already gone obviously.
