I reached out to xxxxx on 4/28/17 to have him come out and service my A/C before the summer officially begins. He asked me to reach out to him the following Monday to schedule a time. Ok. So I reach out to him that Monday May 1, 2017 and asked when we could set up a time for him to come by. He asked me to call him back on Wednesday to schedule a time. Ok. A little over a year ago, my ac heat pump unit died after 17 years of service. I contacted many well known AC companies and the prices were too high for me. I know a little about the actual cost of AC units. A friend told me to call Jimmy Jones heat and air. I called and told him what needed to be done over the phone and he asked some questions and told me he would call me the next morning with a price.
