I hardly ever leave reviews, but I had to for this one! I ordered a sandwich while I was in the middle of moving and accidentally selected pickup instead of delivery. When I called the store wondering where my order was, I realized the mistake was mine. I explained that I was moving and didn’t have time to come pick it up. The person I spoke with turned out to be the owner, and he personally drove my sandwich to my house. That is customer service that goes completely above and beyond. seriously terrible customer service every time and they take FOREVER to deliver. Half the time their drivers aren’t even there. Will never spend my money there again.
They always use DoorDash and I had to argue with the female manager and go up to the store to be able to get a refund after an hour wait. We are never ordering from here again. Useless.
I have been getting sandwiches from this location for over 5 years now and they have some of the best Management and Staff. The quality is great and the sandwiches always hits the spot.
Pretty dissapointed that I didn't get a chance to enjoy it during my lunch, like planned. It took 45min to get my placed ordered delivered to me. Called twice for an update and both times they could only tell me it would arrive in 5 min, the manager couldnt even get on the phone to speak with me.
