This place is always great, fast at making the order, clean shop.
I've been going to JJs for a few years and never had any issues with owner or staff. Went in Friday for a new toasted sandwich. Noticed one of the new ladies there and I asked if she was training ok. I don't know what happened but she immediately copped an attitude, began throwing things around the kitchen. I was sitting there and several people came and went and I just asked where my sandwich was and it was just sitting in the pick-up area. Got it home and almost had to dispose of it. Very unprofessional staff, owner loves staff to run around and play, would rather them tell him what to do. Gets orders wrong frequently. Guaranteed the customer is last place here. Very sad to see a workplace with very little professionalism, no rules, a chaotic environment, play place rather for employees
