They have some of the best employees. Speedy service, and down to earth delivery drivers!
"No service" wasn't an option. About every other time I try to use the drive thru, no one ever comes to take my order. There's either an issue with your drive thru or your workers just don't care. Tonight I have up and went somewhere else instead. As I drove past the window I saw all of the workers just standing around 👏🏻
I've been in love with Jimmy John's for years, you guys are always super nice and fast (obviously)! That being said, I give a huge shout out to your drivers. Every time I order online, I always ask for no ice in my drink, and you know what? The drivers ALWAYS make sure I don't get ice! Thank you guys for making sure that the customer gets what they ask for, regardless of detail.
I must give a shout out to whomever changed the snarky names my boyfriend put on the online order, where he listed himself as "The King of All Things" and me as "The Queen of Many Things." Our order arrived, super fast as always, but the sandwiches had writing on them saying they belonged to "The King of Some Stuff" and "The Queen of Everything." We laughed so hard! Thanks for the hilarity along with the food, that was awesome. :)
The line was long but the wait was short (it was worth it!). The staff greeted us with friendly smiles when we ordered and thank yous as we left the restaurant. Definitely a pleasant experience along with a great sandwich! Jimmy John's is my favorite!
Went there yesterday with my wife. Ordered a quartered pickle, and the receipt says 1/4 pickle.... And when I opened what I thought was going to be a pickle was hot peppers ... Sad I didn't get what I ordered...
