I tried to go here today and it looks like they have shut down :( Will definitely miss going here as it was my favorite JJs in Lincoln.

Extremely considerate and thoughtful staff/management here. Sandwich loaded with ingrediants...I made a big order where there was some miscommunication, but it was because of the app...I worked it out and they honored my order way after I was supposed to pick it up. JUST NOTE: this location doesn't deliver very far. Meat cut very thin, was happy with texture.
I ordered sandwiches to be delivered to my office, the sandwiches were okay. The young guy that delivered was polite. However when I got the charge on my credit card, I was billed for more than what I signed my receipt for. I had added a gratuity in, and total it. They apparently didn't think I gave enough. I was charged 4.00 more than what the total of my bill was when I signed for the sandwiches and totaled it with my tip in it. Jimmy John's on R Street in Lincoln NE.
Ordered a sandwich for delivery. Called back twice over an hour and cancelled the delivery the last time I called because my break was over. Not freaky fast. No apology , just an ok I will cancel your order.... Not using this location again.
